TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE:

• All prices are subject to change without notice.
• All container sizes are a trade term and are not an actual volume or measurement.
• All quantities are subject to availability.
• All orders are subject to crop yield, climatic conditions and other factors beyond our control.
• All items are balled and burlapped unless otherwise noted.

Acknowledgements and quotes are valid for 30 days, unless an extension is requested.

TERMS – All prices are F.O.B. at our nursery in Manheim, PA. All orders are COD unless credit is established. Accounts due – Net 30 days. Service charges of 11/2 % monthly (18%) annually on all amounts over 30 days.

CLAIMS – We give no warranty, express or implied, as to the description, quality, productiveness or any other matter of any plants sold and will not be responsible for the crop. All shipping risks are assumed by the buyer. We will not be responsible for loss, damage or delay in transit. No claims will be considered unless filed in writing within six business days of receipt of nursery stock.

CANCELLATIONS – Cancellations must be submitted in writing two weeks prior to expected digging date. No cancellations will be accepted after stock has been dug. Customers who honor their commitments will receive the best possible future acknowledgements.

DELIVERY – It is preferred that customer picks up order. However, we do offer a complete delivery service in most areas. Call to inquire about rates.

VISITATION – We invite you to visit our nursery. Please call ahead to schedule an appointment so someone is available to show you around.

Refunds, Returns & Claims

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are considered final unless otherwise noted below.

Inspection of Orders – Customers are responsible for inspecting all nursery stock upon receipt or pickup. Any concerns regarding quality, quantity, or condition must be reported promptly.

Eligibility for Adjustments – Adjustments or replacements may be considered only if the product received does not match the order or there is verifiable damage at the time of delivery or pickup.

Non-Refundable Situations – We are not responsible for loss, damage, or delays during transit. We do not guarantee plant performance after delivery, as results depend on environmental conditions, planting practices, and care beyond our control.

Secure Payments – All online invoice payments are processed through a secure, encrypted connection using industry-standard SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology.

Third-Party Processing – Payments are handled by trusted third-party providers. We do not store full credit card information on our servers.
